The way to glowing skin is cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing. Let us take a glimpse on how to take proper skin care to have glowing hair.
  1. Cleansing: It is very important to clean your skin regularly. The process of cleansing is vital. Buy a reputed cleanser from the market. After you come back from work, take few drops of cleanser in cotton and wipe your face with the same. This way you will wash away the dirt hidden inside the facial skin pores. This application should be used regularly.
  2. Exfoliating: The other name of exfoliating is known as scrubbing. By exfoliating you can remove the dead cells from the facial skin. Many companies have good facial scrubs in the market. Choose one of them. Once you clean your face, apply the scrubbing lotion and use your finger tips.
  3. Moisturizing: After you finish removing the dead skin and extra oil from your skin, you will need to moisturize your skin. There are different kinds of moisturizers available in the market. Choose the one that suits your skin type.
  4. Sunscreen: It is very important to apply sunscreen lotion. The sun’s ray tans the skin very easily. Choose a sunscreen with 15-30 SPF. Make sure that the skin is soft and smooth.
  5. Importance of Water: Intake of sufficient amount of water is very important. You must drink 8 to 9 glasses of water everyday. This helps the body to get hydrated. Consumption of water will also help you add extra glow in your skin.
  6. Sleep is important: Just like body and mind the skin also needs enough rest. You must take 7 to 8 hours of sleep regularly.
  7. Say No to Few Things: Too much of alcohol and tobacco spoils the skin. Reduce or completely stop consumption of alcohol and tobacco.
